Question 1

What is Outrank and how does the startup launch directory work?

Accepted Answer

Outrank (outrank.co.in) is a community-driven startup launch directory and Product Hunt alternative where tech products, SaaS, and AI startups launch in weekly cohorts. Core rankings are decided purely by authentic community upvotes, not money.

Question 2

Is Outrank a good Product Hunt alternative for launching startups?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Unlike 24-hour launch sites with volatile algorithms, Outrank offers transparent 7-day weekly cohorts, permanent SEO archives, authentic community upvotes, and high-authority dofollow backlink discovery.

Question 3

Does launching on Outrank provide dofollow SEO backlinks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Approved startup listings receive a dedicated, permanent product profile page on Outrank with a crawlable dofollow link back to the startup website, boosting domain authority and organic visibility.

Question 4

How do weekly launch cohorts work on Outrank?

Accepted Answer

Products launch together every Monday and compete on the leaderboard through Sunday. This gives every startup 7 continuous days of exposure to founders, early adopters, and investors rather than getting lost in 24 hours.

Question 5

How do I submit and launch my product on Outrank?

Accepted Answer

Enter your startup website URL, choose your category, and submit for free with badge verification into the upcoming weekly cohort, or choose an optional $4.99 fast-track for immediate activation within 24 hours.

Question 6

How does ranking work on Outrank?

Accepted Answer

Ranking is determined purely by verified community upvotes. Anyone can create an account, discover new products, and upvote their favorite startups. Fast-track options only expedite review time; they never purchase leaderboard rank.
