1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, submitting a startup listing, or making any payment on outrank.co.in ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please do not use the service or initiate paid transactions.
2. Launch Plans, Pricing & Service Deliverables
Outrank offers transparent startup directory listing and launch tiers as outlined on our Pricing Page. All paid plans are strictly one-time fees per product with no hidden recurring subscriptions:
Free Community Launch ($0)
Badge RequiredStartups enter the queued weekly launch cohort. Requires placing our official Outrank verification badge on the submitted website's homepage or footer. The dofollow SEO backlink remains active as long as the verification badge is detected. Editorial blog reviews, Best-Of inclusion, category sponsored spots, and founder network distribution are not included.
Starter Direct Launch ($5 one-time)
$5 USDIncludes instant publication without waiting for cohort queues, badge waiver (no badge required on your website), a permanent dofollow SEO backlink, a dedicated 500-word SEO blog article written about your product, and direct link distribution to Share with Real 30+ Founders in our active builder network.
Premium Launch ($25 one-time)
$25 USDIncludes instant publication, badge waiver (no badge required), a permanent dofollow SEO backlink, permanent inclusion on Category Best-Of authority pages (/best/[slug]), a 30-day top Category Sponsored Slot, a comprehensive 1,000-word SEO blog review teardown, and personal link distribution to Share with Real 50+ Founders.
3. Ranking Integrity: Speed vs. Leaderboard Position
Outrank is strictly a community-voted directory. Paying for Starter ($5) or Premium ($25) purchases launch speed, badge waiver, editorial content writing, and founder distribution.
4. Payment Processing & Merchant of Record
All financial transactions on outrank.co.in are processed securely through Dodo Payments, our authorized Merchant of Record.
- One-Time Payments: All launch plan fees ($5 Starter, $25 Premium) are billed once per submitted product. There are zero recurring subscription charges or surprise auto-renewals.
- Currency & Taxes: Prices are quoted in USD ($). Applicable sales tax, GST, or VAT will be calculated and handled by Dodo Payments at checkout based on your billing jurisdiction.
- Payment Security: Transactions are encrypted with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. Outrank never sees, stores, or handles credit card numbers or banking credentials.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our service—where directory publication is provisioned immediately upon transaction confirmation, permanent dofollow backlinks are indexed, and editorial resources (500 or 1,000-word blog reviews, founder community outreach) are initiated right away:
Launch fees are generally non-refundable once your product has been published or editorial processing has begun.
Duplicate Charge Guarantee: In the rare event of an accidental double charge or technical billing duplicate, contact us within 7 days at growthfluencers@gmail.com with your Dodo Payments receipt, and we will issue an immediate 100% refund for the duplicate transaction.
6. Prohibited Content & Delisting Policy
We reserve the unconditional right to reject, delist, or permanently remove any startup submission without refund if the submitted website or company promotes or contains:
- Malware, viruses, phishing, deceptive scams, or fraudulent financial schemes.
- Hate speech, defamation, illegal goods or services, or violent content.
- Copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations.
- Broken, parked, or inactive placeholder domains that provide no functional utility.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
outrank.co.in is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we provide genuine SEO backlinks, editorial blog articles, and founder distribution, we do not guarantee specific organic traffic volumes, customer conversion counts, or commercial revenue outcomes resulting from your listing. Under no circumstances shall Outrank or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
