Rule 1: Community Upvotes Determine Rank
Rankings on Outrank are decided purely by community upvotes. Community members can discover new products and upvote their favorites. 1 user account = 1 vote per listing.
Rule 2: Weekly Launch Cohorts
Cohorts open every Monday at 00:00 UTC and conclude Sunday at 23:59 UTC. Verified startups launch together and earn permanent placement in the weekly cohort archive.
Rule 3: Paid Plans Buy Launch Speed & Reach, Never Rank
Startups can launch for free in the weekly queue by embedding the Outrank verification badge on their site. Founders seeking immediate publication without a badge can choose Starter ($5) or Premium ($25) plans, which include dedicated SEO blog reviews and founder network distribution. Money buys speed, editorial coverage, and exposure—never upvotes or leaderboard ranks.
Content Moderation
Malicious links, deceptive domains, phishing, malware, and illegal content are strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately without refunds.
